Program overview developmental services workers (DSWs) supports people who have an intellectual disability in their homes and in their work, school, leisure and roles in the community. DSWs are called help, natural community supports to build networks and estimated social roles for people with intellectual disabilities. Centennial program is strongly considered by established professionals, graduates, families and organizations. The program curriculum reflects the current issues and developments with emphasis on the detailed analysis and critical thinking; management and influence change; interpersonal communication and leadership skills and clarification of values. People help evaluating social roles, teaching and only some of the features within this curriculum are designed to fill the provision of personal support. A variety of field chances is an integral part of the programme. Qualifications Centennial College students expected, that the application for admission to certificate or diploma programs to at least make an Ontario secondary school diploma (OSSD) or equivalent or 19 years of age or older. Possession of one or more prerequisites does not guarantee admission to the program.
